These general purchase and cancellation terms apply to bookings made through the rayadivers.com website and online store.
SELLER AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
The rayadivers.com website and online store are operated by Raya Divers Co., Ltd.
Raya Divers Co., Ltd. acts as the seller of the services sold through the online store and is responsible for the operation of the online store and payment processing in cooperation with third-party payment service providers.
In Thailand, Raya Divers Co., Ltd. acts as the seller and service provider of its own services.
Some services offered through the online store may be provided in cooperation with other local service providers. If a service is operated or provided by another company or service provider, this may be stated separately in the relevant service description and/or booking confirmation.
The service provider carrying out the service is responsible for the practical operation, safety and content of the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The customer has the right to cancel a booking made through the rayadivers.com online store free of charge up to 48 hours before the starting time of the service stated in the booking confirmation.
If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the start of the service, Raya Divers Co., Ltd. has the right to charge the full price of the booking.

Multi-day Diving Safaris / Liveaboards
Multi-day diving safaris are subject to different cancellation terms from other products.
If the booking is cancelled more than 60 days before the start of the service, Raya Divers Co., Ltd. has the right to retain 30% of the total booking price.
If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before the start of the service, Raya Divers Co., Ltd. has the right to charge the full price of the booking.
If different cancellation terms are specified in the product description or booking confirmation of an individual liveaboard service, the cancellation terms specified for that particular service will apply.
Cancellations must be made by email to booking@rayadivers.com.
In cases of illness or other unexpected situations, we recommend contacting your travel insurance provider regarding possible compensation.
PURCHASE OF SERVICES AND DELIVERY
The customer orders the service through the rayadivers.com online store.
After the order has been placed, a booking or order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during the booking process.
The service will be provided as described in the product description and booking confirmation on the date and at the time selected by the customer or otherwise separately confirmed.
By making a booking, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the purchase and cancellation terms valid at the time of booking.
After the order has been placed, a booking or order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during the booking process.
The service will be provided as described in the product description and booking confirmation on the date and at the time selected by the customer or otherwise separately confirmed.

PAYMENT METHODS
Depending on the service, payment is made through the online store at the time of booking, on-site before the start of the service, or as otherwise separately agreed.
Online payments made through the online store are processed through a third-party payment service provider.
Any refunds will generally be issued to the same payment method used by the customer for the original payment. The processing time for a refund depends on the payment method and payment service provider and is subject to the terms and processing times of the relevant payment service provider.
